Deliveries to the United Kingdom

Free Delivery: Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery (excluding Sahco & Kvadrat products).

Standard Delivery: £10 for orders under £250. For Sahco & Kvadrat products, delivery costs £45 for all orders.

Lead Times: Delivery times vary by brand and typically range from 3 to 20 working days. For specific timelines, email us at info@studio198.com.

Signature Required: Most items require a signature upon delivery. Sample deliveries are an exception.
Sample Deliveries

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable: Samples are delivered via Royal Mail and are intended for color matching only. They must not be used for resale or product creation. Misuse may result in order cancellation.

Damaged Samples: If your samples arrive damaged, provide proof, and we will send replacements. We are not responsible for lost or damaged samples during transit.

Delivery Time: Samples from different brands may arrive separately. If a sample is out of stock, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Sample Limit: A maximum of 10 samples per customer applies. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled.
Sample Delivery Notification
If your samples are not received within 7 working days, contact us at info@studio198.com. You must notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. After this period, we may be unable to help.
Deliveries Outside the United Kingdom

Lead Times: International orders typically take 16 to 30 working days. For details, refer to the product page or contact info@studio198.com.

Import Tax: Prices exclude import taxes and local charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

Bespoke products, including cut fabrics, made-to-measure items, printed-to-order wallpapers & handmade + cut to order wallpapers.

Part orders of wallpaper.

Fabrics.

Returnable Items: Must be returned within 14 days of delivery, undamaged, and in original packaging. Wallpaper can only be returned as a complete order, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged or faulty. Inspect fabrics and wallpapers before cutting or hanging.

Refusing Delivery: Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the delivery company.
Order Cancellations for Purchases Over £1,000

Before Processing: Cancellations before processing are subject to a 5% refund fee.

After Processing: Cancellations are not allowed for cut-to-specification or made-to-order items. Refer to Section 6 in our terms and conditions for details.
Cancel or Amend Orders

Notify us within 4 hours of placing your order for amendments or cancellations. Full refunds are available if notified within this timeframe. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Returning Wallpaper

Wallpaper can be returned as a complete order unless made-to-order or otherwise specified on the product page. Part rolls or leftover rolls cannot be returned.
Returning Fabrics

Fabrics are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee applies to returns due to unwillingness to pay local taxes or product dissatisfaction. To avoid this, we highly recommend ordering samples before purchasing.

Notify us of any errors within 7 days to expedite resolutions. Claims made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
International Orders and Local Charges

Customers are responsible for local taxes, VAT, import duties, and customs fees.

If local charges are refused, resulting in a return to Studio 198 Ltd:

Return shipping and handling fees will apply.

A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
